As a Freshman ('04-05): Swam season-bests in the 200 (2:03.52) and 400 IM (4:21.11) and 200 breast (2:19.87) at the Sun Belt Championships.

High School: Swam for Jeff Poppell at Bolles School, whose teams have won the past 16 state championships...four-year All-State member and Duval County First-Team All-Coast...Florida Bright Futures recipient.
