I am acknowledging that I have on-line access to the Florida Atlantic Student-Athlete Handbook and I agree that I will carefully read the entire handbook. I understand that, effective on this date, I am responsible for its content. I understand and accept my obligations and responsibilities as a student-athlete at Florida Atlantic University. I am also aware that my coaches, my residence staff, the Associate Athletic Director for Academics and the Athletic Academic Counselors, the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, Freshman Programs, the Director of Athletics and his staff, and the Dean of Students are available to answer any questions I may have.
